How To Use Workout Videos Effectively For Weight Loss (body fat loss)

-Warm up for 10minutes with relatively light impact exercises (brisk walking/marching on spot). -Execute workouts 3 days-4 days weekly. Ensure you have a rest day in between for 1st 4 weeks of these workouts execution. -Do Hips & Legs Workout 1.0 on day 1; Core 1.0 on day 2; Chest and Back 1.0 on day 3, each week. -Supplement these workouts with adequate activities of daily living, to assist with you achieving adequate calorie burn weekly for weight loss.
