Mini-Competition Dates (Qualification for Finals)
1st, April 25. 2nd May 30. 3rd June 20.Mini-competition, Individual entry (covers all 6 events in a given mini-competition date): US$25 per competition.
Mini-competition, (Team 3-5 (2 max reserves) entry: US$80
Minimum Qualification Standards for Finals (Individual Females)
Plank: 45 seconds.
Max Bodyweight Squat in 2 minutes: 40 reps
Max Push Ups in 1 minute: 15 reps.
Superman Hold: 35 seconds.
Max High Knees in 2 minutes: 70.
Max Clean & Press in 75 sec (with 20-25% total bodyweight, as external load): 20 reps.
Team Qualification Requirements
In addition to paying the team participation fee, only individual participants representing the team, who have met the minimum qualification standards at the individual level (at the mini-competitions), can represent as members of the team (reserve or non-reserve).
